Inburi-distriktet i den centrale Thailandske Sing Buri-provins kæmper med alvorlige, udbredte oversvømmelser efter flere brud langs Chao Phraya-flodens oversvømmelsesbarrierer i denne uge. Rekordhøje vandstande, drevet af kraftig sæsonbestemt nedbør og øget udledning fra dæmninger opstrøms, har oversvømmet hjem, skoler og hospitaler, hvilket har tvunget tusindvis af beboere til at evakuere dem. Det første brud fandt sted i Thap Ya-distriktet, hurtigt efterfulgt af et betydeligt kollaps mellem Moo 5 og Moo 4 i Prasuk-distriktet, hvilket tillod en massiv mængde vand at oversvømme det centrale Inburi-område.
